根據媒體報導，陳男性侵親生女兒的醜事在家族中曝光，宗親協調要女童給父親一次機會，未料陳男故態復萌，女兒憤而向老師哭訴，警方介入調查，陳男弱智的妻子還力挺丈夫，推說「丈夫和小孩是在玩」。警方認為陳男涉嫌重大，日前將他送辦，遭檢察官向法院聲請羈押獲准。
