How to run Chinese software on Vista?

In XP, you can change the unicode to either traditional chinese or simplified chinese to run chinese softwares (so words in software shows properly)  I know it's pretty much the same in Vista as well....but every time when you switch the unicode thing, you have to reset computer, which is quite a hassle.  (Region >> Change System Locale >> Reset) Are there any ways I can have both traditional and simplified chinese unicode without resetting computer?

u have to reboot in XP also

i just leave it in Chinese for the setting saying language for non-unicode programs. the only down side is some not-as-well-written program will default to chinese without asking you first.
