    Well, it was minor, I felt chest pain right away... When I woke up this morning, my shoulder was pain...

Who's fault?  in the US, suppose if you are not a fault, then you would call thei other's party's insurance company, and report the claim.  You only call your own if the you are at fault, or they would call your insurance and try to make it sounds like it's your fault.  Then since you are with iCBC, you would want to report this to ICBC anyway.
