冇錯！的確係貴！同屋企人去飲過一次茶，又唔可以講話垃能圾，好食過葡京既，但係都未夠明月樓既水準(明月樓都唔係叫做好果隻).......

maybe ~30?  all regular stuff, nothing exciting.

Since cost so much $ to do renno, how can it get back the $?? Someone wants to spend $ through restaurant like the old one on Garden City (on 2nd floor and suddenly caught fire within one night) again about years ago?
