I am still in shock...
First time eating totally NOT spicy 四川擔擔麵...
From the menu and one of the side dish I ordered, it's more like a shanghainese restaurant than a 四川 restaurant.

Never seen 蝦皮 in 擔擔麵 either before...
Anyway, guess it is again different personal taste ...

哈哈！其實我已好耐無去，不過記憶中佢地個改良擔擔麵是ok的，其他餸就非常麻麻！對不起，誤導咗你

I think they serve modified Shanghainese 擔擔麵. If they don't call it 四川擔擔麵 I would have different expectation.

我心目中的正宗四川擔擔麵，好似係細細碗的，係辣好多，有少許酸味，花生醬一定有，很少湯，有點似亁撈，不過據蔡灡的說法是沒有正宗的四川擔擔麵的，因為間間都話自己正宗。所以究竟是亁是濕，有肉末沒肉末，花生醬和辣味的比例，仍是一個謎！我自己則喜歡有湯，多花生醬，少辣，少酸，有肉末，應該就是你們說的上海款。hehe!

老四川, just went there few times this year.  Ok wor. Not bad.  
But surprising, THere is one in Crystal Mall "川東".  the one in the alley, has 擔擔麵 and 紅油抄手.  Both are good.    so far, the best one I have tried for these two food in recent 5 years.
