Which beauty salon or places in Vancouver to remove moles and freckles?

Does anyone know which beauty salon or places in Vancouver  or Richmond to remove moles and freckles, and even senior age spots?

Please recommend, and how much are they?

I'd rather go to doctor clinic to do it.
