呢個DEPENDS你講緊邊個STATE, 我係加州SF住過7年同曾經有一支S&W 自動手槍, 如果要合法帶槍出街, 首先支槍一定要註冊, 攜帶者亦需要有槍牌; 支槍一定放係盒內, 然後置於BACK TRUNK, 如果唔係被COPS周到就聽坐臭格; 當然NEW YORK 呢D地方就唔同講法.

In this incident which happened in the US, so many people walked by without offering any help. But these are not Chinese.

In this example, it happened at night, but I am sure there are incidents that happened during the day. Like after some traffic accident, people just drove by without helping. both here and in the US. So don't generalize the Chinese.

i think you are way too sensitive.  i just let you know why the lady didn't call the police and that's it.
