警遲2分鐘失之交臂
保安街上遇童黨跟蹤報警
才轉業入行當保安半年多的龔保羅(圖)，實在看不慣青少年在商場遊蕩且搞破壞的行為，因此當他在上周四(22日)下午2點多，在列市「食街」Alexandra Rd.無意看到這群白人青少年時，他決定停車尾隨，看他們又要搞什麼花樣。

龔保羅說，首先他看到青少年走到Alexandra Rd.商家的後門，看見他們與一些正開門休息的餐廳廚師或工作人員談話，不久，又看見他們沿Hazelbridge Way走到Lansdowne商場。

龔保羅也跟他們走進Lansdowne商場，龔保羅並同時報警，且沿路報告警方情況，希望警方盡速派員到現場協助。

這時龔保羅看到平時常見到的4名白人青少年，一人站在門口，另3人則是進入一間家居用品店，幾分鐘後，3人原本感覺扁扁的背包，已裝滿東西，且迅速離開，可能背包裏有未過帳的貨品，所以警示器還「BB」響了一下。

警稱配備不足 冒然跟上有危險

龔保羅後來見到青少年沿原路走回Alexandra街，這時兩名騎單車的警察終於出現在對街，龔保羅本來以為警察會上門攔住青少年，沒想到警察告訴龔保羅，他們身上並未有足夠配備，貿然上前會有危險。

龔保羅表示，眼看青少年愈走愈遠，警察卻要他帶他們到青少年剛去的那間商店，問是否有高買、有無損失，但店員居然答說不知情況，不知有這群青少年前來高買。

當他再回到Alexandra 街，他見到那群青少年正在路邊分鈔票，他認為，那些從家居店拿走的物品，可能已經兜售換成了錢。

當日稍後，帝國商場有人說看到這群青少年，龔保羅又叫上警察，只可惜警員到場時，該幫青少年已不知去向。後來從監視器資料上看到，這群青少年當日路過商場被拍下的時間是上周四下午5時24分，才知道警察只慢了兩分鐘。
