各位朋友….Have u ever try “Gin 銀” 的一間魚湯米線簡餐食店…位於金城酒樓內8360 Granville Ave Richmond? If haven’t try, 我奉勸大家不要去try…Yesterday 本人同未婚妻 去吃下午茶, 吃完一隻huge size and 未煮熟的chicken wing 後, 淋巴突然膧脹…Poor me! Not only 睇中醫, 連西醫都要睇埋…..中醫師話that chicken wing 的激素太多所以引致這種突發…現在本人要內服and 外服 (antibiotics and 消炎藥水)… 唉!!!!!!!! 一句到尾都係那些無良商人為了earn money, 就不擇手段將激素打入雞到…….Sad

Well, unless they import their chickens from out of Canada... They cannot have hormones... To my surprised, chickens here are not as miserable as they are somewhere else:

And please don't worry about miserable caged birds. All chickens raised for eating in B.C. are free run, walking around loose in barns. Free range means they get to go outside, too. Organic chickens drink untreated water and can forage on pestcide free fields. It is illegal to give hormones or steroids to chickens in Canada. So relax.

i tried their 魚湯米線 and slush, it's not bad, slush is less sweeten by default which i prefer.
fish soup is not salty....only lighting on the wall is driving me dizzy thou

我好confused...請恕本人毫無科學常識，乜雞翼煮熟D,就算入面有激素都唔會有影響？

咁個米線店老闆入貨時應如何檢查雞翼內是否含有過量激素？先送去化驗所檢驗？

我覺得個老闆應該在店內貼張warning: " Cautious: 雞翼可能含有激素 "
