So annoyed by the attitude of the people working there!!＠＄％︿
佢地收錢就易， 什麼都好， 想要拿返Ｄ錢就非常之難！！！ I have a RESP plan with them which is suppose to mature this year, so it's finally time to get my money back to pay for university. University is going to start tomorrow for me and I still haven't got my money!! I swear, every single time when I phone my agent, she's either busy or not at crystal mall working! Honestly, why open a business when you're not even going to be there more than half the time? Today, I had an appointment with her to talk about the procedures and why I haven't received my money yet。 去到坐低， 講左唔夠幾句就話, 我現在非之常忙， 下次先幫你 ＆ 你自己打電話給總公司問下. WTH, 你無收佣啊？ 如果我自己可以做到使乜搵你幫我做， 又無端端鬧我好話佢唔幫我做野， 用國語ｏ黎嗒人. 上次叫佢幫我寄個表畀總公司改ｍａｔｕｒｉｔｙ ｄａｔｅ，但是擺明無寄到因為總公司寄左封信話我沒有改, 又係到賴總公司沒處理好! 叫佢check 下電腦D records, 有話睇唔到... 結果, 什麼都沒有做到就走, 好廢!!!
咁樣嘅服務唔係第一次ｌｏｒ， 5，6月 佢地慳水慳力舉辦＂如何領取本金及教育助學金"的 "說明會", 有幾個時間, 話明廣東話, 去到又係講國語因為講廣東話個個遲到. 十幾個家長逼係間舖頭, 開始還是okay,,,, 講下 講下, D 家長又插巴口搞到都唔知聽邊個好, 最後變到各有各講, 根本無可能 handle 所有D 問題, 超煩因為D人有越講越大聲.
Worst place to buy your RESP, go to a bank and do it, it's way more convenient and reliable unlike this place. My friend already paid her tuition with the money she received unlike me who has to deal with the stupid agent who doesn't do anything! If they had this type of service in hong kong, they would totally be screwed! 所以千萬不要在這裡買 RESP!! |
