Really!?!? Ford is selling this version in Canada?

If they keep all the specs and tunings as the European version, it's gonna be a great car. It feels very solid, unlike the traditional American and Japanese economy cars. The handling feels more like a VW or Fiat.

I drove this car from Milan, Italy to Munich, Germany.... this car is so much fun through the mountain roads... a little slow, but it's alot of fun around the bends.

Ford and GM (to a similar but lesser degree), has been on a hot streak. IIRC, initial quality rankings has placed Ford fairly high (I seem to remember it being higher than Toyota, but I am not 100% certain), and it has a series of exciting new cars coming to the market. The Fiesta, Focus, Focus MAXX, etc. The Fusion just won COTY, and the thoroughly updated Mustang has been universally praised, esp the 300+ hp V6 model.

GM is delivering / about to deliver a bunch of stella vehicles as well. From the compact Cruze, to the Volt, and the Buick Regal, GM has a strong line up for the next few years as well.

I should mention that for the first time in many, many years, a study in the States found that Americans are finally preferring American brands over Japanese brands for cars. That is really saying someone about how good Ford and GM cars are these days.
