I agree with fibbi, the only way is to have balance diet, eat healthy, exercise.. but in reality, it's difficult to do them all consistently..

I bought something similar to drink just for trial, and then my husband was doing some research online for me, and found that it was actually a scam.  But just wanted to reconfirm, I brought it to my family doctor during my visit today, and he confirmed that the one I bought was 'kinda' a scam, it wouldn't cause problems, however it wouldn't help either, it definitely do not have all the benefits that the product advertised, or not even close to it, so he told me no need to waste $ to buy it anymore, just eat healthy, eat lots of veggies, fruits, drink lots of water, and take multi vitamins if needed.

    OMG, seriously?  仲要平一半???  Next time no need to buy that one anymore la....Its kinda funny, cuz my doctor asked me, why do you have to take this?  This is useless ga wor, waste $ haha.  And I replied him, I don't know ar, heard from someone its good, so decided to try try la....and he has nothing to say haha
