Richmond? Lot of choices, all bbt place close at least 1, some close even 3am! Like pearl castle  and bubble world's foods are not bad! And silver tower close late too! But the foods are soso..  Also cattle cafe, close around 12 or 1!! If u don't mind paying a bit more, there is Manzo close at 2! And of coz no 9 open 24 hrs!!! I wish I live in Richmond.. So many places to eat!
