cuz my impression for this restaurant is also "OK la~~~~not too bad. at least pretty good on the wallet" (before renovation)
and my personal favorites are still Kirin and 龍景軒
so don't know how would 龍皇飽翅 compare with those two >.<

Can't remember the details, the range is ~ $4 - $8.

My experience is Vancouver 12th Ave > Richmond No 3 Road > Richmond Starlight > Coquitlam Henderson.
