At least find someone smart to be the CE.
Mr Tong's handling of his illegal house renovation sucks. He said he has a good team to support him. BS, his team sucks. NO ONE with common sense would ask him to blame his wife.
As for Mr Leung, at least he seems slightly more competent at handling his "West Kowloon" crisis.

They both sucks but Leung seems to be better of the two
