The stupid ballot said something along these lines:

Are you in favour of extinguishing the HST and reinstating the PST in conjunction with the GST...

It was confusing as heck, and I had to read it a couple of times to make sure "No" is what I wanted to vote.

I can't imagine how many people voted "Yes" when they really wanted to keep the HST.

I am all for higher sales tax.  But hey, let's have a discussion/consultation before, rather than lies.

I know some of these morons personally, tried to talk some sense to them but they are just too ignorant to even listen! Thanks to these people we all have to pay for it!!!
