I heard that they expect > 10% tips, but didnt know they expect 15-20%. Thats too much for me

for really excellent service, you could tips 20% and 15% is the standard.

西餐 - at least 13-15%
西餐fine dining - 15% or +
西餐超級好味 - 18-20% - 比過一次多過20%DD，喺Hawaii fine dining...水準超過任何一間local fine dining，service exceptional
