如果個記者o係遠d 既距離影相, 而高官兒子係行過去撥開個記者既相機既話, 咁都仲有機會有得打.
i do believe 贏面唔高, buti just feel your point is kind of funny. also, no matter he is 打記者or 撥開個記者既相機, as long as the reporter gets hurt, he will be sued. the reporter was not blocking his way, so there was no excuse for him to 撥開 the reporter or the reporter's belongs. the judge will look at both intention and result.

小弟覺得, 律政司絕對唔應該花呢d 錢去打呢d 咁既冇贏面既官司 (因為刑事案既控方就係律政司). 你覺得funny, 我覺得好正常, 可能你唔係生活o係一個"法治之都"... 
當然, 如果記者個梳機花左or 爛左, 個記者可以民事索償, 小弟覺得呢個case 就贏面甚高~
