If the train is built in accordance with the ISO standard as claimed, the concerns you have mentioned will not happen.
Since the train is made for export, ie. having QC/QA on both countries, the chances of using sub-grade/non-approved materials can almost be ignored...

Sometime I do have doubt on China made products, but it all depends...

On heavy industrial products, China has its reputation on the quality for quite a while.

Do you even think Guy really believes what he claimed?
These days, many people just bash the Chinese, just to satisfy their innate urge and fantasy that only western or Japan are good, while China will never catch up.
They KNOW Chinese products are of high quality and improving rapidly.
But still can't kick their habit of self-hating and looking down on the Chinese.

女優d 身材就比我老婆好. 我老婆而家身懷六甲, 都就快生了, 如果身材仲係咁fit, 我都好擔心啦!
不過, 我愛我老婆唔係因為佢既身材. 佢會老, 我亦會老, 我會同佢一齊老, 一生一世伴隨在一起~
