If the boss is here please be told that I was there last weekend and found your restaurant like 倒瀉籮蟹 . The food is okay but the servise sucks. The lady boss was coaching the servers on the spot, calling one of them '阿仔'. Not sure if he doesn't have a name or he is really her son.
The servers, from the lady boss to the 'manager-like man wearing a black suit to the '阿仔's were not experienced. Only the auntie who has worked with Mui Yuen for years and is now the only 'known-to-me face there is efficient.

Don't go there in the meantime. It needs time to learn how to do business properly.

I think the boss should save money to fire the manager and hire more servers with experience and not new like the ones called 阿仔

Chinese BBQ food there is not superior than T & T or Hons in Tri-City Area.

I will not give them chances (been there 3 times) and service is slow and sucks
