Or if you go to Chinatown,  Kam Wai and Double Happiness.
Some vegetarian  shops carry them as well

Any restaurant should sell it but I do not know if you can take out...

In my mom's birthday, I ate at Chinese restaurant on 3F of Aberdeen Center and they do carry it.

For birthdays, it should be 壽桃.  壽包 is for 解穢酒.
