For some reason I have NO sympathy to the cop.

Setting up traffic radar trap DURING rush hour ???

The resulted traffic jam creates so much air pollution!!!!

Yeah the cop was there from 10am to at least 2pm ...
I have no idea why the cop set up speed trap there. There is construction going on already and often only ONE lane is opened. And speed trap as well, come on...

every now and then they setup speed trap on Arthur Laing Bridge and caused the traffic jam backed up to Russbaker and Dinsmore bridge during morning traffic.

Forced me to have conference calls while I drive in the morning every now and then ...

I have no problem if they just patrol during rush hour and catch the speeders or HOV hoggers when necessary.

Setting up speed traps during rush hours is just neglecting the situation and the air pollution!

as i say, if they continue on this way, one day a cop is gonna get killed over this... and there's no one to blame but their arrogant ways.

Hwy 99 is a construction zone, therefore speed is suppose to be limited to 60KPH, but how many really read the sign? Therefore this is an opportunity for cash grab again (just like in YVR).

I feel sorry for the cop that he got knocked down, but I give no sympathy for setting up speed trap there.
