Actually it is quite popular in Singapore, even Hong Kong,
but you really have to crank up the AC

Remember the Old Beijing Hot Pot at Cosmo Plaza,
they had only 2 electric fans and no AC,
In summertime, they would do 2 tables a night

People lived in Hong Kong are used to have Hot Pot 365 days a year, we are just too addicted to it. hehehe :p

咁就唔知喇。不過D蝦霉嘅,.....蠔勁腥.... 一夾開黎個蠔心全黑,全碟都係咁。我地有諗住食嗮一碟就算
唔好浪費。但一咬入口.....嘔,真係唔得。唔知係唔係我地picky，佢地D湯底無乜味.....淡。有待改善,
我諗短期內唔會再試。
