[中餐館] 黑白中式餐廳 Negative Space Chinese Cuisine 黑白

在太古廣場的 corner 位置.  他們 idea 係中式”居酒屋”．．．裡面的菜色十樣裡面八樣半是炸的．
個　waitress　介紹他們店裡的 signature dish．．．”手榴彈”還以為應該好好吃．．．$7+ dollars 四粒炸麵粉 waitress 叫我和我的朋友要立刻吃，因為裡面的cheese sauce 冷掉就不好吃．．

請大家試想像一下．．．
炸麵粉裡面有半隻蝦，所為 cheese sauce 只是你去酒樓食奶油龍蝦的”奶油 sauce”，再配碟子上有好像 teriyaki sauce　的醬油．．．放進口裡才發現係蠔油．　(-_-;)

呢個 combination．．．真係不知點形容．

再來一個荵油雞．．．又係炸．．面上放了荵，倒了soya sauce．．用筷子甲D雞肉係會碎裂．．．

碟碟菜差不多 $7＋　上菜的碟子有我有手掌咁大．．．．

你們去試驗一下吧~!

Now, just because this particular restaurant is not good, does not mean other Chinese should not try to be better.
