This is out of the topic.. just wanna say that
I heard that people on welfare have to submit a good percentage (dunno how much, if someone can verify) of their income to the government. so it's hard for families to get out of welfare, leaving individuals hopeless and unmotivated to work hard.
Of course there's also people who absolutely gave up on the first day.
anyway back to the topic..

You know and I know how politics is like...what should be done is always not what will be done...this happens everywhere and in every corporation...so what are we small potato gonna do?
