Love story is one thing, but having any kids could be a big cha bo, reason the recessive genes can suddenly becomes dominant, disease , genetic disorders sometimes that can cause great pain. IE Mongoloid reduce IQ, blood disrders, and bunch of other things.
Living in such a remote place one cannot count on getting medical help.
Living together is Ok but having kids can back fire badly.
Some marriage between cousins can bring out the worse problem too.

From what I understand, they aren't blood related. 姐弟 is about the wife is older than the husband.
As I was reading the article, I was wondering about the part where it says the Government gave them a TV, I thought they would have electricity if they live in a wood..!
