How to setup same Outlook account in two computers?

I have another notebook to work at home with Outlook installed. The most challenging is how to sync Outlook email from office desktop computer to my notebook while maintaining all in/out emails, contact, calendar, groups on both computers?
Previously, I read office email from the webmail program on my notebook but the sent messages never show on my desktop Outlook, unless I cc my email address. The webmail function is limited, it doesn't have contact, group, calendar.... etc that sync from/to my office computer.
Just wondering if I can have the full function of Outlook on my notebook same as my desktop computer in office?
