如果離婚後，夫婦聯名物業係唔係一定要分開?  係唔係一定要賣左間屋分錢，定係雙方同意可以保持聯名 ?

不過據我所知﹐一方面可以購買另一方的股份繼續住下去﹐關鍵是所有資產要一人一半而已。

I think you can still have building under both parties but on the divorce paper, it should be noted how much % each owning that building. However it is easy to have argument this way in the future.

yes, you can keep the house in joint names, but there are a lot of issues you need to beware of.
eg. turning a principle residence to rental property - tax
i believe your property is under joint tenants, which mean if you die tomorrow, the house will belong to your ex.  is it what you want.
suggest you talk to a lawyer
