我以前幫襯開另一間，因為有朋友係個度做！
但最近朋友轉工後，咪嚟依間羅！

諗住叫做有少許名氣，啲野點都有保證！
點知裡面啲人真係可以咁唔專業！

講真，人大咗錢真係唔係太大問題，四百蚊我俾得起有餘，更何況公司俾錢，問題係服務性行業唔係應該以客為先咩?

更何況問題係佢哋度，仲可以聲大夾惡，真係非常佩服！

complaint 我就做咗架啦，亦係封信上寫清要求退錢！
假如今個禮拜前無答覆，我會向有關部門投訴！
我亦都先小人後君子，係封信寫明今個禮拜前無人理我，我會向政府部門求助，會investigate件事！

p.s.因為佢張 claim form 價目好有問題！300加100（in store credit note/deposit) 點都係400 蚊，何來375呢?但佢收我收足400！咁係咪欺騙顧客?

You mean if the company is qualified to be one of the members in BBB, or if a customer is qualified to file a complaint?
The fact is, any registered company can apply as one of their members, and any customer can file a complaint to any BBB member.
(I just not sure if they're a member or not.)

actually, my hubby and I just went there last week and were so "lucky" to bump up with couple of those cocky male salesmen!!!  When we walked into the shop, nobody greets to us (not even a single word, "Hi").  Then, we looked at the frames on the shelves, kinda like self-served.  One guy there was just sitting there with nothing to do, but he just looked at us with a cocky attitude and didn't even approach us and give us any help....wth...Well, I guess they are making a LOT of business that they simply just don't need ours.  So we left the shop and promised that we will never go back to this "藝視" again....
