1. I do not have wait more than 30 minutes.
2. If it's more serious matter I can always get appointment within 1 day or 2.
3. All the specialists she referred were quite good.
Bad:
1. The last appointment was 3:30pm.
2. Take vacation a lot.
Dr Xxx Kxx, across from Saveon Foods Richmond. Extremely bad receiptionist- rude and unorganized. Also, the Dr is so rushed each visit and takes 5-10min at most. I am changing family doctor soon.
