I would like to know is there any shop locally can offer cheap production of a large foldable plastic banner to print the name of the bride & groom on it.

Would it be cheaper to order it online from Hong Kong ?

You can phone to Terry Li 604-778-2000. He is a pro printing in Vancouver (cheaper). A lot of company find him to print. you can ask the price first.
