革命軍求外國 空襲炸狂人
利比亞反對派揚言攻擊首都直取「狂人」卡達菲據點，但至今只聞樓梯響。陸續有志願軍集結班加西及阿傑達比亞，但倒戈將領直言武器不足，憂貿然揮軍首都會釀成血戰。反對派對發動攻擊日期亦未有一致定案，他們日前成立軍事委員會，要求外國發動空襲，協助推翻卡達菲。與此同時卡達菲部隊反攻亦迫在眉睫，卡達菲從南部沙漠召回三千人軍團，又重奪至少兩城鎮，令反政府力量陷入危機。
反對派周一成立軍事委員會，將會與東部各地的反對組織協商。有成員表示，現時委員由哪些人擔任仍有爭議，亦未清楚會否在區內成立一個總指揮部。他們開會數小時後，坦言對單憑人民力量起義沒有信心，傾向要求外國在聯合國指令下發動空襲。「卡達菲的軍力與我們的力量實太懸殊。」

反對派佔領的阿傑達比亞，擁有軍方於東部最大型的軍火庫，當地反對派亦稱擁有一萬兵力。但身在班加西的倒戈將領貝勒海爾表示，反對派收集的武器數量比卡達菲擁有的武器少得多，反對派只擁有小量舊式飛機，卡達菲的空軍卻擁有俄製米格戰機，高下立見，擔心攻打的黎波里會是一場血戰。

志願軍穿越沙漠攻首都
記者在班加西看見約百人志願軍接受倒戈軍人五日速成訓練，學習如何清潔生銹武器。約五千人已在當地登記為志願軍，居民指每日均有數百人帶同武器經沙漠往的黎波里，而部分人在路上被政府軍殺死。至於攻擊的黎波里的確實日期，反對派未有一致決定，阿傑達比亞將領扎維稱計劃在今明兩日內出動，但身在班加西的倒戈將領卡特拉尼指未有計劃。

另一邊廂，卡達菲正集中力量反攻，身在扎維耶的反對派目擊多架直升機從首都的方向進出。約三千名支持卡達菲軍人，亦從狂人沙漠據點塞卜哈城操往蘇爾特，鞏固政府軍在當地勢力。數百名來自馬里及尼日爾的圖阿雷格族青年，亦被招攬入卡達菲兵團。

卡達菲部隊未能奪回的黎波里附近的重鎮扎維耶，但成功重奪兩個城鎮，包括面臨首都的山區戰略重鎮蓋爾揚，雙方爭持多日的薩伯拉達據稱亦落入政府軍手中。卡達菲部隊出動坦克及導彈重奪貝雷加的石油設施及機場，但之後據報該市又被反對派奪回。

人權組織指至今6000死
卡達菲次子賽義夫前日接受英傳媒訪問，否認失去東部控制，但承認東部內已沒正規軍。而卡達菲昨透過國營電視台發表直播講話，警告一旦美國及北約進入利比亞，會引起極血腥戰爭令數千人死亡。他稱會找中印油公司設廠代替西方企業。有人權組織指利比亞爆發衝突以來已有六千人死。聯合國大會前日決議，將利比亞逐出聯國人權理事會。

It may happen one day, but certainly not in a forseeable future... The civil war has just begun.

It's just tough, the rebels have pilots but no planes. It is very likely the UN and NATO will not send forces or air cover to the country unless there is another holocaust happened, the government army using chemical weapons or the rebels are almost losing. I will say Gadhafi is playing wisely than the rebels at present as he knows what he has to do. The only chance that Tripoli will lose seems to be the rebellion from the insiders.

The EU and Russians really don't like the States to touch on this pie... Who will be the future Lybian leader, they don't really care. They only care about the supply of oil...

The States have concerns too. Local residents don't really like US, it's quite a dilemma. They want your help but they hate you... As usual, everyday when you switch on the TV you can only see Hillary dog keeps barking...

    let's see who will supply 'Sting missiles', rockets etc all these high end toys  to the rebels soon ...

I don't think there will be any high end heavy weapons supplied by the States other than self defencing arms and bullets... There are already too many weapons in the area. In case the situation is out of control they can still cover their butt and run away.
