well. I usually don't eat that in Restaurant, even if they do. because it can be there for days..
ACTUALLY, long long time ago, when I worked in the chinese restaurant in Airport, we served that too. (well not recommend ... I know, and I'm part of it making it dirty).
1. 灌湯餃 - haven't seen one here. had it at 益新美食館 in HK few years back
2. 鵪鶉蛋燒賣 - seen it somewhere but forgot
3. 糯米包 (呢, 黃色皮, 圓碌碌架呢..)
4. 雞絲粉卷 - had it at Royal Dinner and Dance 麗豪歌舞酒家. but it was BAD
5. 雞絲腸粉
6. 牛骨髓 - easier to find bone marrow in western restaurant than chinese restaurant these days.
7. 牛雜 (呢, 同埋架粥車一齊賣架呢...) -麗豪 had it but it was just soso
8. 蝦醬鮮尤 - ordered it somewhere here but forgot
9. 薑蔥牛肉餃
10. 糯米雞 (好大隻用荷葉包住嗰D呀, 入面好多餡好多汁嗰D, 唔係珍珠雞呀~) - I want to find them too! I hate mini one. esp one with bamboo leaves.
煎炸類:
1. 煎鮮竹卷 No. 5 & cambie 幸運
2. 煎腸粉 (逐條煎嗰D呀, 唔係依家個D"事頭婆煎腸粉"同"XO醬煎腸粉"呀!) <-- 不過, 好似金天鵝同紅鶴有....
3. 錦滷雲吞 (呢, 用春卷皮包住D咁多餡再炸, 跟住有一大兜甜酸汁, 個汁入面仲有叉燒同埋尤魚架呢...) Have seen it in Chinatown. My friend said the new "老油条" has it
甜品類:
1. 芝麻卷 (菲林呀~) - LOVE them!!! Where?!
2. 橙汁卷
3. 豆沙角 - some chinese bakery has it. but not as good as fresh one from dim sum places.
4. 炸奶黃包
5. 炸馬蹄條
