silly question about parking

so i just want to ask a silly question about automatic parking that is available in the newer models.

if it is in auto parking mode (like parallel parking) and someone gets hit, who is at fault?  me or the car company?  
yes, it can sense objects in the way, but if a kid jumps in and gets hit, who is to be blamed?

Those auto parking mode is just a gimmick. I don't think  people will use it.

YOU!  'cause even though you're hands off, your foot is responsible for braking in case of emergency!

I think that feature is called "Park Assist". Assist means it "helps" you, not park for you. Most just turn the wheel and you put the foot on the break.
