I heard on chinese radio some company will do the installation for free? Does anyone know anything about this?

就算你找任何一間公司做都可以申請的.

attic insulation incentives係到$750.
如果你加的保溫綿連工包料是少於$750, 咁你就等於免費做. 若高過, 你當然要比錢, 或你可以話, 就做到750, 平均加薄一點一層就算了.

    I am not sure ... maybe Satil has better idea...
Since I"m not the owner I never look into those reno subsidy program...
