That's pretty normal at Paris.  Bumper to bumper and people are so used to that.  The first day we were there, I stood outside of the apartment and also stopped to watch people parking their car just like in this video.  Everyone walked by paid "zero" attention to all the bumper action.  At the day we left Paris, I was not surprise anymore.  That's one reason most small car in Europe come with unpainted bumper.

If you really wanna see "bad driver"....watch the TV show called "Canada Worst Driver". Monday 10pm @ Discovery. (It's almost ending but still...)

actually the 2nd one should be considered good la.  I just posted the bad one already and found the paris one later.  I decided to share it too so I put it under the same thread.  sorry for the misunderstanding.
