幾年前去過喺黃埔花園嘅鼎泰豐，印象麻麻。最近睇到話佢哋捲土重來，啲員工都會派去台灣受訓，好似都幾有誠意想做好啲喎，又孤且試多次。
我去咗銅鑼灣嘅分店，裡面好大，坐得好舒服。而且，呢樣嘢就啱哂Lik哥勒，啲waitress真係有好多台灣美眉架！喺香港聽番啲台式mandarin真係順耳好多（係我唔係好識得聽啲捲舌普通話嗟）。
啲service好好，台灣美眉仲成日同你斟茶添。
個小籠飽真係正，裡面真係好多蟹粉！
不過佢啲價錢喺同類食肆嚟講就偏貴少少。兩個人食咗成二百幾。

i have mixed feelings about 鼎泰豐. i still dine there when i'm in taipei. and in seoul, they have 鼎泰豐 as well. i've seen one

They are in many places like Hong Kong, China, Australia, US, Singapore and Japan. They should open a store in Vancouver, maybe in Aberdeen.
