  China Cereal and Oil,
it is a wholesale company catered to Chinese restaurants,
they also have a huge warehouse style supermarket in Richmond

Wow, Rice World on Alexander St. closed for 5 days in July (15 to 20) - see page 3 of July 29.  I am glad I don't buy anything from there anymore.

to be fair, another hotdog cart also in the list for "Improper food storage temperatures", and they were all reopened on the same day.
