[中餐館] 圓香 in Richmond Center original

I just saw a new Pearl Castle in RC...apparently it is a franchise.
it is located across from the Mcdondon.
anyone tried it before?
any better or worse than the original store?

I am supprised that their food tasted the same as continental, usually food at franchise location is not as good as the original one

because most of their food are already prepared in advanced. portions, ingredients are all the same

I don't know that togo drink is sooo much expensive in RC ....

I went there today for brunch
but I don't really think the service is that good lor lol
when me and my friend went in, the waitress asked how many people and my name
and she was like 咩名呀？
I was a little bit surprised to have waitress asking me question not in the polite way....but I knew she wasn't a cantonese speaker, so I forgave her la
then when the table was ready, she called my  name and spoke in english, "XXXX, for two? follow her"|
I was like, wow, is she commanding me lol...............?

then I was eating, and I asked for a knife
when the waitress brought me the knife, she had the blade pointing it me LOLOLOL

very very surprised experience today

and food-wise, I think it was ok
and the pearl felt like the original one

i agree that the drinks are better @ the 罝地圓香
Richmond centre 圓香 togo is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than 罝地圓香
A hot pearl milk tea cost me $4 @ 罝地, but the same drinks cost me $6 at RC....HOLY CRAP!

I was there a few days ago, the food taste the same as the other store.
Very busy, there servers are polite but seems like they are too busy and not sure what to do first.
I preferr drinks from the original store. The pearls @ RC are kinda hard.

The servers are nicer at RC though...

ha? they don't serve not drink? So strange.
I like my milk tea hot sometimes.... May be I should go somewhere else if I want hot drink

last time I order hot drink for togo...the waitress didn't know that they don't serve the hot drink, she just give me a cold one...that take me half an hour for togo...
