A client wanted this cake recently. Thanks his permission to post the pics!   

Client wanted a NewYork style cheesecake with 3 things on it. Pig, watermelon and a pear, also a number.

Never made such cake and objects before. This was challenging. Traditionally, cheese cakes are quite plain looking. I need to make these whole bunch of things on it but won't lose the image and texture of a cheese cake....so I took a few days to decide on the design and color scheme.

I used close to 15 hrs to make (not including drying time). I am slooooooooooow coz I want to make it perfect! 要先過我自己嗰關！唔靚唔交貨！好彩個客好中意!
