Will i get swine flu from her?

Cuz I just find out my co worker got swine flu. I heard one of my co worker said that, the manger knew about it last week and the manager never put memo to let us know about it. The lady who got swine flu came back to work yesterday. She looks normal to me, and she never mention about it. she just told me that she was really sick past few weeks. She always like to chat with me at work. So I had seem and talked with her at least 5 times and we stand pretty close.
My bf told me that it's pretty dangerous. So I need to see doctor tomorrow, 'cuz of that lady feel really sick again and call in sick this morning. My bf said that she should get a letter from doctor to prove she's alright before she come back to work. But she feel sick again, that's mean... How selfish she is?? She wantS to spread all the gems in our company.

Will we get h1n1 from her??

There is an memo in my office last week, reminding all managers not to disclose any swine flu cases, as this is a privacy issues on one's health.

ie. If the company don't say anything, that is your problem.  If the company tell you to stay away from so-and-so because of swine flu, the company may get a law sue.

tis just a flu...ppl just need to ccalm down..wash your hands frequently and watch your symptoms closely if you do get sick...its more serious than usual coz its a new virus and our body is not immune to it yet

【明報專訊】本港逾3.1萬名新型流感確診患者中，多達67％屬19歲或以下青少年和兒童，反之當局列為高危組別的65歲以上長者，僅358人中招，佔整體個案1％。據悉，當局認為學童雖易受感染，但長者相對較多患慢性疾病，染疫後出現嚴重併發症甚至死亡的危機更大。

食物及衛生局長週一嶽    早前被問及，為何不替看來更高危的年輕人接種新型流感針，他亦承認年輕人容易受感染，但病情發展成嚴重或出現嚴重併發症以至死亡的風險，較目前被列作高危組別的群組低很多，在平衡接種計劃的成效後，當局認為5個高危組別應優先打針。有知情人士指出，其實早前新型流感在港爆發第一波，全港約半數學校曾爆疫流感潮，相當一部分學生已受感染而對病毒有了抗體。

he was healthy means he didn't have any other long term disease.
the dangerous part of this flu is that the condition of the patient can get worst very quickly (within few hours). So for anyone who got flu, got to watch condition closely and react to worsted condition.

as long as you've been healthy for most of your life, i wouldnt panic too much la. it's just a flu... with more severe symptoms.
many ppl i know have gotten it and have all recovered. those that havent had it wished they had so they could build up some antibodies.
