Cube Inc. 不能賣化妝品 Cube, Inc

I have a cube store in Cube Inc at Aberdeen Center that sells Korean skincare and cosmetics. Yesterday they told me that they are NOT allow to rent out or renew contract for owners that sells ANY kind of skincare and cosmetics anymore... which includes (fake eyelashes, eye shadow, lipstick, mascara, perfume, sheet mask, toner, lotion, cream, essence... anything you can name that relates to beauty & cosmetics).

Aberdeen Center management group advised Cube Inc. that they received too many complaints from beauty stores in the mall that Cube Inc is carrying their products... 來來去去o米得o個幾間... 都係得 3-4 個業主... I guess economy is not good and those beauty stores aren't getting enough business, so they try to get rid of as much competition as possible... but... a cube store can't affect them much!!! One cube can only hold ~30-40 products for sale, depending on size... besides, many of the cubes are carrying products that the other beauty stores DON'T have. I sell Korea BB cream, there is absolutely NO store in the mall that sells this product. I even ask each store if they have or are going to carry this product. They all say NO....

I already called Aberdeen management group to talk about this matter, because it concerns many cube owners. My contract with Cube Inc ends on Dec 2, I have over 100 pieces of item I bought just to sell for X'mas... now they said can't renew then can't renew...  what am I gonna do with my stock?? What if someone has a contract that ends next week and now Cube Inc tells him/her can't renew?? WOW!!~~ good show!!

It's not even Cube Inc. that doesn't WANT to renew my contract, Aberdeen Center DOES NOT let them renew... so I want to ask... if one day Fido & Rogers complain that Cube Inc is selling iPhone case and accessories, then does that mean Cube Inc have to get rid of ALL customers selling these products?? If the jewelry stores complain that Cube Inc is selling necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and other accessories, then would these cube owners get kicked out as well?? If Gatcha Hobbies complain that Cube Inc is selling '留'蛋 and 玩具.... ??? How about close Cube Inc la?? let Cube Inc go out of business 算啦!!

If you have a cube store that sells cosmetics, I really hope you can call Aberdeen management group and let them know what a terrible situation they have put us .... we need more voices to get them to do sth... otherwise we will all be forced to leave RIGHT AWAY. They won't even consider giving us an elapse time period to clear our stock on hand!! I suggest to management they can give us 3 months or sth to clear our stock.

plus there are some people who don't know our Hong Kong, Taiwan prices... and some rich people who don't care about money, those are willing to spending 3x money to buy 1 product lor...

Went to Cube in Taiwan many times and the sales staffs were pretty friendly.  The one in aberdeen center is less friendly.

老實說就算 cube inc 賣唔賣化妝品我都唔會o係 aberdeen 既 beauty stores 買化妝品啦.....因為價錢貴的原因吧, 其實同一隻 product 我o係第二度買 or online 買都平過佢地啦 ...

dont forget that there are so many richmond aunties don't know how to get out of richmond and dont know what is online shopping, so they will still go to those beauty stores to buy cosmetic goods

Does ABD have the right to limit Cube Inc. what to sell and not to sell? Is it written in the contract?

If it is the case, Cube Inc. might have to move out of ABD. One possible solution suggested to them - partner with restuarants or places that have foot trafic and put the cubes there. A friend of mine told me that he saw "cube" in restuarants in HK. (but honesely, I don't know how good the business is).
