I would be surprised if anybody has ever died from eating cockroaches.

It would be weird if the server can miss those 2 to 3 cockroaches on the plate when bringing them out to the customers.
The beef is red, and cockroaches is brownish or black.

May be too early to judge his/her intention, may be he/she is too busy with season holiday. Let him/her tell us the truth if it is not against his/her intention.

On the other hand,  LYK should list out all the possible way to protect "LYK Gourment" against real health issue, cos we will eat out a lot and do not let those below standard restaurant to posion LYK.
