I usually got mine from Italian Supermarkets or from North Vancouver/Granville Island's Public Markets.  However, starting last year, I found the same brand in Save On Food, Superstore, and in T&T.

Those are Canadian made:  tre Stelle,  Sapadillo etc.
The Imported Italian one, i.e. Galbani taste so sweet and luscious,
perfect for Valentine's Day.
Many shops in Granville Island carry the good one,
or Meinhardt, Urban Fare

Regular Canadian made mascarpone are available at most supermarket but they are no good,
go to  Italian grocery on Commercial Drive or  Hasting @ Nanaimo area where they Italian concentrated.
The milk taste so rich and different, it is seductive
