my girlfriend just 箍牙......want to ask ask where in richmond or Van has good congee ????

btw....extra question..... what kind of food can she eat after 箍牙 ????

i think it depends on people
like when me, my bro, my sis got braces (we all had teeth taken out), we we were eating normally the next week. i could still eat rice & all that right after installin the braces...but just chew slowly cus not used to it. & the week after, we were all chewing gum!

the best congee is homemade lah... don't be lazy.

personally i like 大興 too......visit there once in a while.......
but i didn't tried the 粉面世家 and yohan's food court......i will try it later before i bring her to eat =P

how long can she start to chew food ??? she is a bit nervous that she can't eat macdonald and sushi in the coming 3 years ><

I like 大興 (+ side dish is cheap) and the one in yohan food court (many different variaties).

ya.. i had braces before too after the 1st day it really hurt so i ate congee too..
i found a restaurant and its really nice! its called "fun min sai ga", its where GoGo Tea is u no.. near... the corner of Cambie and Garden City is.. .Oohohoh its in the same mall as Sun Yong Gei too... hope you no wat i mean! their chinese food are all very good, i go there once awhile for Wonton noodle and stuff!
