I think paypal always protect buyers over sellers, so make sure you check their rating before sellin ...

Selling stuff on ebay + paypal, expect 10% of the price goes to them.

have you contact the seller for shipping info.  if not, please do so
if you already contacted him and he didn't give you any tracking# or ...
report it to ebay and give him negative feedback.  
but the problem is paypal only hold the fund for 45days.  it he really shuts the account and runs away.  there is nothing ebay will do.  good luck.

    weeks.

The only time I bought from EBay, the seller is local so I just deal locally to save shipping.

Do you use paypal?  You can complain to paypal and they would reverse the charge.
