I use UPS as they are more reliable (don't know if it's quickest, cannot answer this question as I've never compared all of them)

by all means, Canada post is the worst, don't use it!

any carrier is better than Canada post and have better tracking system.  I tried to send something with Canada post and the status was not updated after it left Canada.
