UFILE 係一個報稅軟件﹐有無 LYK 用過﹖好唔好用﹖
我見 UFILE 平 QUICKTAX 成半﹐如果係好用應該好受歡迎播。。。
唔知我舊年用 QUICKTAX 今年轉用 UFILE 得唔得呢﹖
同埋我最 CONCERN 係 FILE TRANSFER﹐有無 RISK﹖
有無 LYK 有呢方面經驗可以分享一下﹖

此外用 QUICKTAX 網上版可以省 $10﹐但網上版有無危險呢﹖
係咪同 SOFTWARE 一樣o甘用呢﹖

I used Ufile online version. It is free if your personal income is below $25,000 per year. As other LYKs said, you can try it online without paying. You will be promoted to pay when you save the computer file for Netfile or PDF file for mailing if your income is above $25,000.

Since TaxWiz was bought by Intuit, UFile is the other competiting product. From what I've seen, it seems pretty simple.

Quicktax has 3 versions this year: Basic, Standard and Platinum

Basic ($19.99) just do your taxes (T4 + Donations). Standard ($39.99) will calculate your RRSP and Education/Medical deduction. Platinum ($59.99) includes investment. All versions allows 2 returns and 18 returns if income under $25000.

If you use QuickTax, you can print for your record, you cannot mail it. It will say "VOID" on the PDF document.

I personally like Quicktax because it is more informative and I can carry my stuff forward.

Can you just print out the tax form from Quicktax or Ufile and then mail it, instead of sending it online?

I used uFile online version last year (and last last year and last last last year), since I don't have much investment and I am single, I found it is pretty easy to use. Online is safe, in fact, you can try it before you pay for it.

i used ufile last year, and i used some similar program if not the same one the year before as well. it was very user friendly and when you are done, you save a file onto your computer which then you send off later. like netfile? please correct me if i'm wrong...i don't quite remember.

i've used it before. it was free for me because i was a full time student. and they don't charge you if you're a full time student. it was quick and simply and easy for me and i plan to use it again (even though i'm not a full time student anymore) and i'm okay with paying. but i don't know how much. but i'll look into it.
