依家金石o既水準真係好一般，相反大班同美心就"正常"o的，所以冇必要唔駛去。

講樣花邊o野俾大家知，十幾年前o係金石門口有人中槍"瓜"o左o架~ = =b

金石位置o係多層停車場對面，近o個個好有"共產黨"特色條柱~

In China town I almost never go to 金石, I like "The Boss" better.
The fried rice is not oily at all.

And sometimes I do visit Hons in Chinatown. I mean, the days when Chinatown is still the main hub...

金石 食物水準 sucks, and not 平, and quite old and dirty.  I'm still figuring out why they still stand.

食物keep唔到水準﹐冇進步﹐唔理本業﹐唔執就其﹐睇下金石就知﹐雖然20年都無裝修﹐0的食物水準keep到﹐又平﹐就算唐人街末落﹐佢都仲做得住。

咁點解漢記唔節省開支呢﹖就算執幾間分店，如果可以做到收支平衡咁樣又有乜所謂先﹖

做生意梗有周轉不靈o既時候，如果唔諗辦法死撐繼續做，咪終有一日會爆煲。不過你提到o既欠薪問題，好多餐廳都有，我表弟佢之前做o個一間餐廳，都遲o左幾個月先出番o個幾百蚊糧。幾百蚊咁少數目都要拖，真係唔知o個間餐廳可以捱到幾耐....唉~
