Do you guys and girls get any day off in Chinese New Year?

For my day job, it's not a Chinese firm so we do not get any day off.  

For my restaurant, I do not think we will be off neither.

I know one of my friends in the same food court and his restaurant will be closed for two days in Chinese New Year.

I wish la..... I don't even get Christmas, New Years Day off
But we DO get holiday pay (not for CNY though)

hardly any jobs here will give you day off la... it's chinese new year, not canadian new year.

Actually for my last job, I did get one week off.  My main job at that time was to support China system, and since they are off for holidays so my boss just gave us one week off.

NOPE...no days off!
i doubt that even chinese employers will give days off for employees...
(coz i work for chinese company office)
